Attack Of The Killer Ants

OK where to begin? i guess where i left off is always a good start, so at the appointed time we headed off to Steve and Leslie for a beer while watching the sun go down on their balcony. They had moved to a different beach and had a fab bungalow that had a awesome balcony to watch the sunset from.

After admiring the view we headed down the beach after settling on Italian food for dinner, and we spotted this where a couple had got married on the beach earlier in the day. So always being one to grab a opportune photo chance.

Overall was a very pleasant evening with very nice food and good company and we had a early night, looking forward to a good nights sleep. At least that was the idea unfortunately as usually happens with best laid plans of men and mice, they went tits up.Especially when these buggers moved in while we were out for a meal.


Our New Neighbours



During the term of the night they proceeded to take chunks of our flesh and devour them and these were hungry mamas, in the morning we complained to reception after having almost 20 bites between us. they offered to fumigate the room and put on new sheets and that would sort the problem they said. If only.... Following a second night of having the crap bitten out of me (of course i jest, in fact my anus is probably the only area i don't have bites!!!!) and to top of it off. Our next door neighbours arrived back at 4am and proceeded to have a party on the balcony outside our room till 6 am. Needless to say we checked out of the hotel the next day and went to a place a bit more upmarket.

Finally last night we went on the mother of all piss ups as it was going to be our last night out with Andy and Leanne as they are heading off to Cambodia on Friday morning, to cut a long story short we drank more than we have in years, mixed every drink known to man including buckets filled with spirits :( omfg i am never having one of them again. Anyway at 3am we staggered home in anticipation of the hangover that came today and let me tell it was a bloody big hangover as i write this now at 10pm at night I'm still suffering (no less than i deserve) So we are going to stay tonight and tomorrow, then head to Railay in Krabi Province (oh joy ferry time again)
